How to track your order

Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped, we will send you an email with the shipping details. This page will explain you the process!

What's included in my order

Our glasses and sunglasses come in a white box, sealed with an MW sticker. Inside the box, you'll find your glasses stored in a multifunctional microfiber bag. To keep your glasses clean and covered from scratches.

Add a discount code to your order

You can enter your discount code at checkout before the payment, and then the amount will be subtracted from your order total. Discount codes cannot be combined.

Cancel or make changes to an order

We cannot cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been placed. When you receive the shipping confirmation with tracking information, your order is already dispatched and handed over to the carrier.

Received an incorrect order or faulty product

If you receive your package and it doesn't contain what you have ordered, please contact our support team at [email protected].

Payment information

Once your payment and order are confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email. If you do not see a confirmation email in your main inbox, please check your spam folder.
