Ordering from us is a simple and straightforward process. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you place your order:
Browse the website:
Explore the various categories such as sunglasses, blue light glasses, ski goggles, and accessories.
Select your product:
Click on the product you wish to purchase. You can use filters to narrow down your choices based on frame color, lens color, and material. If you're looking for a specific product, you can use the "Search" bar at the top right corner.
Add to cart:
Once you’ve selected your product and color click "Add to Cart"
Review your cart:
After adding items to your cart, click on the cart icon at the top right of the page to review your selected products. Ensure everything is correct, including quantities and product details.
Apply discount codes:
If you have a discount code, enter it in the designated field during the checkout process. Be sure to apply the code before finalizing your order to receive the discount.
Enter shipping information:
Provide your shipping details. Double-check your address to ensure accuracy and avoid any delivery issues. Once the order is placed it is not possible to make any changes. This includes changes to products, quantity and change of address details.
Choose shipping method:
Select your preferred shipping method. For orders within EU and UK we offer a free shipping option for orders above €45 // $50 // 350 DKK.
Payment:
Choose your payment method from the available options (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay). Follow the prompts to complete your payment.
Order confirmation:
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and tracking information.
As soon as your order is on its way to you, you'll of course also receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a tracking link to see the status of your shipment.
NB: Please be aware, if you use "Express Checkout" to purchase your products, our system will automatically take the address attached to your AppleID as the shipping address.
