How to apply discount codes
Here's how you can easily apply discount codes to your order and some tips on what to do if you encounter any issues.
Applying a discount code
1. Add items to your cart:
Select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.
2. Go to checkout:
Click on the cart icon and proceed to the checkout page.
3. Enter discount code:
On the checkout page, you will see a field labeled "Gift card or Discount code". Enter your discount code in this field and click "Apply". Some discount codes are automatically applied when the required items are added to your basket.
4. Check discount application:
Ensure the discount is applied to your total order amount before proceeding with the payment.
Desktop vs. Mobile
On the desktop version, you will be able to apply the code on the right-hand side of the page. On the mobile version, the discount code can be applied just under the cart overview.
Please make sure to apply the code before selecting an express checkout option, such as ApplePay, shopPay, GPay and PayPal.

Reasons why a discount code might not work
1. Multiple discount codes:
Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes or special offers. Only one code can be used per order.
2. Welcome codes:
Welcome codes are only valid on the specific website page where you signed up. For example, a code from messyweekend.com will not necessarily work on messyweekend.co.uk and vice versa.
3. Code expiry:
Some discount codes have an expiration date. Make sure your code is still valid.
4. Minimum purchase requirements:
Some codes require a minimum purchase amount. Check the terms and conditions of the discount code.
