Successful purchase confirmation
After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is sent to confirm that your purchase was successful.

The confirmation contains all the essential information about your purchase, including:
1. Order number:
Your unique order number is provided for easy reference. Keep this number handy in case you need to contact us about your order.
2. Product details:
A list of all the products you've purchased.
3. Purchase amount:
The total amount of your purchase, including any applicable discounts, will be clearly outlined.
4. Payment method:
The payment method you used to complete your order will be noted for your records.
5. Delivery & billing address:
The confirmation will display both your delivery and billing addresses to ensure the order is sent to the correct location.
6. Shipping method:
You'll see the shipping method you selected at checkout, along with the estimated delivery time. If you opted for delivery to a collection point, your package will be sent to the collection point's address rather than your personal delivery address
7. Estimated delivery time:
The estimated delivery time is based on when your order is dispatched, not when it's placed. We aim to dispatch most orders the same day or the next (pre-orders and prescription glasses excluded).
8. Additional information:
Please review the order confirmation carefully for any additional relevant information that may pertain to your order.
You didn't receive your order confirmation
If you do not receive your order confirmation email, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Spam/Junk email folder:
- Sometimes, our emails might end up in your spam or junk email folder. Please check these folders to see if the order confirmation email is there.
- Incorrect email address:
- You might have used a different email address than the one you intended to. Double-check your email accounts to ensure the confirmation wasn’t sent to another email address you own.

- If you have checked your spam/junk folders and other email accounts but still cannot find your order confirmation, please contact us at [email protected].
- Important: Do not immediately place a new order if you can't find your confirmation email. Contacting us first allows us to assist you in locating your original order confirmation. Placing a second order might result in duplicate charges, and we are unable to cancel a second order if it has already been processed.
