Cancel or make changes to an orderUpdated 5 months ago

In most cases, we will not be able to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been placed.

When you receive the shipping confirmation with tracking information, your order is already dispatched and handed over to the carrier you selected at checkout. At this point, we cannot stop or change the process.

Once your order is placed and confirmed, an automatic process begins immediately to ensure the fastest processing and delivery time possible. Therefore, we can rarely cancel or make changes to your order.

However, we do have a few tips and recommendations for situations where you might need to cancel or make changes to your order:

If you want to cancel
If you don't wish to receive your order, you can refuse to collect it in one of two ways:

1. Contact the carrier: Inform the carrier that you will be refusing the collection of your order. We cannot contact the carrier on your behalf.

2. Refuse collection upon delivery: If your order is being delivered to a pick-up location, inform the parcel shop that you will not be collecting your parcel. This will expedite the return process.

Once you have refused the collection of your order, the tracking will update to "returned to sender." Please contact us at [email protected] once the tracking has been updated, and we will proceed from there.

If you want to make changes to your order
We have different recommendations and solutions depending on the changes you need to make:

Product changes
The fastest way to receive the correct item(s) is to place a new order and follow the steps above to return your initial order.

Address details
1. Contact the carrier: Reach out to the carrier you selected at checkout. Sometimes they can update the address for you.

2. Undeliverable packages: If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, it will be returned to us. Contact us when the tracking is updated to "returned to sender," and provide the correct address details so we can send a replacement package.

Discount codes
If you forgot to use a discount code before checking out, our team can assist you. No need to return the parcel and re-order. Send us a screenshot of the discount code you forgot to use. Please note that discount codes cannot be combined.
