When will I receive my refund?Updated 5 months ago

We understand that receiving your refund promptly is important, and we strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can expect during the refund process:

1. Return processing time
Inspection & Processing: 
Once your returned item(s) arrive at our warehouse, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return criteria. This process typically takes 1-5 business days from the date we receive your return.

Notification: 
You will receive an email notification as soon as your return has been processed and your refund has been initiated.

2. Refund method
Original payment method: 
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to your card. If you paid using a gift card, the refunded amount will be reissued to the same gift card.

Partial refunds: 
If your return affected any discounts or promotional offers, or if you were charged a return shipping fee, the relevant amount will be deducted from your refund.

3. Timeframes for receiving your refund
Credit/Debit cards: 
It may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

PayPal: 
PayPal refunds are usually processed within 1-3 business days.

Gift cards: 
If your purchase was made with a gift card, the refund will be reissued as a new gift card within 1-2 business days.

Other payment methods: 
Refunds to other payment methods (e.g., Klarna) typically take 3-10 business days, but this may vary depending on the provider.

4. International orders
If you are returning items from outside the EU and Germany, please note that it may take longer for your return to reach us and for the refund to be processed due to international shipping times.

5. What to do if you haven't received your refund
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider first to check on the status.
