Lifetime warranty on acetate sunglasses
We’ve now upped our warranty policy to forever! We truly believe in the high quality and durability of our acetate sunglasses, and we want you to feel the same confidence when you wear them. That’s why when you purchase our acetate sunnies from our online store, they’re covered by our Lifetime Warranty.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Our lifetime warranty covers all manufacturer’s defects on acetate sunglasses purchased through our online websites. Whether it’s an issue with the frame, hinges, or other parts, we’ve got you covered. If a defect occurs, we’ll repair your sunglasses if possible or send you a brand-new pair—free of charge!
Any exclusions?
Yes, our lifetime warranty doesn’t cover damage that isn’t related to faulty manufacturing. This includes:
- Lens scratches: While we use high-quality, scratch-resistant lenses, no lens is completely scratch-proof. Unfortunately, scratches from daily wear and tear are not covered.
- Loss or theft: The warranty does not cover lost or stolen sunglasses.
- TR90 and metal sunglasses: The lifetime warranty applies only to our acetate sunglasses. TR90 and metal sunglasses are not included.
Please note, if you purchased your sunglasses from a retailer, we recommend contacting the retailer directly with your receipt to make a claim. Our customer support can only help with orders made on our online store.
All of our sunglasses come with a microfiber pouch for protection and cleaning. We recommend using this to help keep your lenses in great condition.
2-Year warranty on all sunglasses
In addition to our lifetime warranty on acetate sunglasses, we offer a 2-Year Warranty on all of our sunglasses, including those made from TR90 and metal. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may arise within two years from the date of purchase.
What’s covered under the 2-Year warranty?
This warranty applies to any defects in materials or workmanship that may affect the performance or durability of your sunglasses purchased through our online websites.
Exclusions:
Just like with our lifetime warranty, the 2-year warranty doesn’t cover lens scratches, damage due to misuse, or loss/theft.
For sunglasses purchased from a retailer, please contact the retailer directly with your receipt to make a claim, as we can only assist with issues regarding orders made from our online websites.
How to make a warranty claim
If you encounter an issue with your sunglasses that you believe is covered under our warranty policies, here’s how to make a claim:
