Prescription glasses can be returned under the following circumstances:
Manufacturer's error
If there is a mistake in the production of the prescription glasses (e.g., incorrect prescription lenses, wrong frame, or any other manufacturing defect), you are entitled to a full refund, exchange, or store credit. The return process must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.
Faulty products
Customers are entitled to return faulty products. If the glasses are faulty or not as described, you can request a repair, replacement, or refund.
You are not entitled to return prescription glasses in the following situations:
Customer error
If the details provided by the customer (such as prescription details or frame choice) are incorrect, and the glasses have been made according to these details, the glasses cannot be returned. This includes incorrect prescription numbers, lens type, or frame selection provided by the customer during the ordering process.
