RETURN POLICY
You can return your item for a refund within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that while the item does not need to reach us within the timeframe, you must submit your return request in our system within the period.

IMPORTANT
Exchange & Gift card (ONLY EU & UK): Return your product for another item or a gift card within 30 days.
Refund (ALL REGIONS): Return your product for a refund within 14 days.

Please make sure to read our Return Policy before initiating your return.


Step 1: Access the Return Portal
To begin your return, use our Return Portal to submit your return. When packing your item(s) for return ensure that the products are properly packed and include your order number. 

Choose the correct portal depending on your delivery address. Use the email connected to your order and your order number to access the portal. 


Step 2: Choose your return option
After selecting the products you wish to return, please specify the reason for each item. Choose your preferred return solution:

Refund (ALL REGIONS)
Within 14 days 
If you request a refund, it will be processed once we receive and inspect your parcel at our warehouse. The refund will typically be issued within 1-5 business days after receiving your return, and you will receive an email notification once it has been processed. Please note:

  • A return shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • If your return makes any discount codes or promotional offers invalid, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you used a gift card for your purchase, the refunded amount will be returned to the same gift card

Exchange (EU & UK)
Within 30 days
Your exchange request will be processed once your returned items have arrived at our warehouse. Please be aware of the following:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time your return is processed.
  • If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will contact you to choose an alternative product or offer a gift card instead.
  • If your preferred item is available, you will receive an email confirmation once the new order has been placed. Another email with tracking information will be sent when your package is dispatched.

Gift card (EU & UK)
Within 30 days
A gift card will be issued once your return has been received and processed at our warehouse. This gift card will be sent to your email and will be valid for two years, giving you plenty of time to find something new.


EU & UK -  Step 3: Prepare and send your return
After completing the steps above:

  1. Download and print the return label: A prepaid return label will be generated for you. Please print it out and attach it to your parcel.
  2. Cover the old label: Ensure the new return label completely covers the old shipping label to avoid any confusion for the carrier.
  3. Drop off your parcel: Take your package to a drop-off point that accepts the carrier's service (specified on your return label). You have 14 days to hand in the parcel once the label is generated. If the parcel isn’t handed in within this time frame, your return will be archived and canceled.

OUTSIDE EU - Step 3: Prepare and send your return

  1. Purchase a shipping label at your local post office with tracking.
  2. Cover the old label: Ensure the new return label completely covers the old shipping label to avoid any confusion for the carrier.

Step 4: Return processing
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, it will be processed within 1-5 business days. You’ll receive a notification once your return has been completed.
