The expected delivery time varies depending on your destination and the chosen shipping method. You can view the available shipping options and specific delivery times at checkout.

Denmark: 1-2 business days.
EU: 2-5 business days.
UK: 2-6 business days.
Canada and USA: 8-12 business days.
Rest of the World: 4-10 business days (depending on the destination).
 

Once your parcel has left our warehouse, you will receive a notification email confirming your delivery address and providing you with a tracking link. Another email will be sent when your package is ready for collection or has been delivered to the specified address.

Please note that the delivery time provided is the expected delivery time. While we strive to ensure that your parcel reaches you within the specified timeframe, carrier delays can occur. 

Tracking
When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. This email will include a tracking link and tracking number, allowing you to monitor your parcel's journey.

For orders outside of Denmark, your package will be handed over to the local carrier upon arrival in your country. You can track your parcel all the way until it is delivered. Typically, the tracking link provided in the email will have a "View More Tracking" button, which redirects you to the local carrier's services, giving you access to more detailed information once the parcel has been handed over.

Delays
Unexpected delays can occur, although most shipments are delivered without any issues. As long as your package has recent tracking updates, it is on its way. If there are no new updates for 5 business days, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly for more information. This is often the quickest way to get the latest status on your parcel.

If the carrier is unable to assist you, please contact us at [email protected]m with your order number, and we will assist you. Please be aware that contacting the carrier directly can avoid unnecessary delays that may occur if we need to intervene on your behalf.

Orders with pre-orders items and prescription glasses
Pre-Orders
When placing an order that includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item is back in stock. This means that if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will be dispatched together when the pre-order item arrives at our warehouse. The expected restock date will be provided at the time of ordering and confirmed in your order confirmation email. Once we receive the restocked items, we do our best to pack and ship all orders on the same day or within a few business days. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.

Prescription glasses
For prescription glasses, we need to produce the lenses according to your specific prescription. This production process typically takes 5-7 days, depending on your prescription and lens type (single vision or progressives). After the lenses are produced, we need a few additional business days to receive the lenses from our partners and conduct a final quality check. You will receive updates via email throughout this process and be notified when your order has been dispatched.

Estimated order delivery times for orders with prescription glasses are as follows:
Denmark: 7-10 business days.
EU & UK: 10-14 business days.
Rest of the World: 15-20 business days (depending on your location)
