My address is written incorrectly in the order confirmation - what can I do?Updated a year ago

It is, unfortunately, impossible for us to change the address for a shipment that has already been placed, as we cannot forward customer addresses due to data regulation laws. 

We instead recommend you to contact the shipping carrier responsible for the delivery of your package directly if you need to change/update your shipping address.
