Yes, it is!
If a mistake was made on either your end or ours, it is possible to resubmit a return request. Here's how:
We have free returns on orders* over €50 // $55 // 350 DKK within the EU and UK.
A new and unused product can be returned in its original and intact packaging (box) for a full refund or in exchange for another product within 30 days of the initial delivery. Base layers cannot be returned if worn.
Please find the right retur portal down below to initiate the return and to receive a prepaid return label. Once you have received the return label, you have 14 days to send the package back to us. Please note any express shipping costs are non-refundable.
