We have free returns on orders over €50 // $55 // 350 DKK within the EU and all other prices for returns depend upon the destination. 

A new and unused product can be returned in its original and intact packaging (box) in exchange for another product within 30 days of the initial delivery. 

Please find the right return portal down below to initiate the exchange and to receive a prepaid return label. Once you have received the return label, you have 14 days to send the package back to us. Please note any express shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can you guarantee the product(s) I want instead will be available?

Unfortunately, no. Stock levels fluctuate, so we cannot guarantee an exchange will be possible. If the model you would like to receive is no longer in stock, we will reach out to offer either a refund or the selection of another product. 

If you are able to, we recommend you to order the model(s) you like and return the one(s) you don't for a refund.

What if the product I want instead is more/less expensive than the one I'm returning?

If the new product you would like to exchange your current product for is more expensive, we will send you an invoice for the difference. Once it is paid, the new product will be shipped. 

If the new product is less expensive, then you will receive a partial refund for the difference.

When the returned item is received by our warehouse and provided that it complies with our return policy (new and unused product), we will refund to your original payment method or send the exchange product. Please note that payments can take up to 7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned goods will be refunded excluding express shipping costs.
